Lead and oversee Demand & Supply Planning excellence initiatives across regions and markets. Identify, develop, and implement best practices in Demand & Supply Planning processes and tools. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and oversee Demand & Supply Planning excellence initiatives across regions and markets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or an MBA is an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning or relevant supply chain roles
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain operations, including demand planning, production planning, and distribution
  • Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with planning tools and systems
  • exposure to OMP, Power BI, or Planning Service Centers is a plus
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in an international and matrix-driven consulting environment
