Job Description

Lead and oversee Demand & Supply Planning excellence initiatives across regions and markets. Identify, develop, and implement best practices in Demand & Supply Planning processes and tools. Define, monitor, and standardize key performance indicators. Drive improvement action plans. Continuously review and optimize planning processes. Promote automation and process harmonization. Foster collaboration across markets and with cross-functional stakeholders. Support the evaluation and implementation of planning software and digital tools. Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or an MBA is an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning or relevant supply chain roles
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain operations, including demand planning, production planning, and distribution
  • Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Experience with planning tools and systems
  • exposure to OMP, Power BI, or Planning Service Centers is a plus
  • Six Sigma certification or equivalent is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in an international and matrix-driven consulting environment
