Job Responsibility

  • Lead IT projects for Banks, bringing value through deep understanding of business processes
  • Oversee project architecture, ensuring alignment with standards and managing risks and dependencies
  • Support our clients with your knowledge by acting as advisor
  • Act as a team leader, facilitating Client workshops and driving communication as needed by the project
  • Conduct complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and design solutions
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with software developers and IT architects
  • Build relations with key stakeholders based on substantiative knowledge and being seen as a trustworthy advisor
  • Lead B2B sales efforts, including cross-selling and up-selling
  • Coordinate preparation of proposals, present proposals to the clients’ key stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with clients, even in challenging or high-pressure situations, while managing their expectations

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of professional experience in IT projects for US Banks, preferably in Credit Risk or Commercial Lending area
  • Comprehensive understanding how banks operate, deep understanding of credit origination/lending processes and risk assessment
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking credit/lending regulations in US
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience in functional design and implementation of IT solutions in a role of PM/coordinator and/or Lead BA
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems
  • Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables
  • Demonstrated team management skills and accountability for team results

Nice to have

  • Experience working in implementation-related consulting, or with any of commercial lending solutions
  • Experience in implementation-related or strategic consulting, particularly in Commercial Banking
  • Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of managed team
