Job Responsibility:
Lead IT projects for Banks, bringing value through deep understanding of business processes
Oversee project architecture, ensuring alignment with standards and managing risks and dependencies
Support our clients with your knowledge by acting as advisor
Act as a team leader, facilitating Client workshops and driving communication as needed by the project
Conduct complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and design solutions
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with software developers and IT architects
Build relations with key stakeholders based on substantiative knowledge and being seen as a trustworthy advisor
Lead B2B sales efforts, including cross-selling and up-selling
Coordinate preparation of proposals, present proposals to the clients’ key stakeholders
Communicate effectively with clients, even in challenging or high-pressure situations, while managing their expectations
Requirements:
At least 7 years of professional experience in IT projects for US Banks, preferably in Credit Risk or Commercial Lending area
Comprehensive understanding how banks operate, deep understanding of credit origination/lending processes and risk assessment
Knowledge and understanding of banking credit/lending regulations in US
B2B sales experience
Experience in functional design and implementation of IT solutions in a role of PM/coordinator and/or Lead BA
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems
Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables
Demonstrated team management skills and accountability for team results
Nice to have:
Experience working in implementation-related consulting, or with any of commercial lending solutions
Experience in implementation-related or strategic consulting, particularly in Commercial Banking
Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of managed team
