Job Responsibility:

  • Build the division from the ground up by creating and executing a detailed business plan targeting key market segments
  • Develop underwriting parameters including rating structures, policy wording, and terms

  • Underwrite new and existing portfolios, especially during the initial startup phase
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design insurance programs, build out portfolios, and refine underwriting guidelines

Requirements:
