Job Description

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will strategically oversee all phases of construction for multi-phase developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This includes comprehensive management of scheduling, permitting, vendor coordination, and site execution. You will serve as the primary liaison, driving seamless communication and alignment among the field team, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders from pre-construction to final closeout.

Job Responsibility

  • Review Development design documents, prepare, and receive building permits
  • Coordination with local AHJ and Utility companies
  • Development of contracts for subcontractors, general contractors, and/or purchase orders
  • Oversee project financials – manage project draw process and prepare monthly pay applications to be submitted
  • Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding internal requirements and expectations
  • Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
  • Completes materials “take-off”, establishes cost estimates, cost comparisons, develops and tracks material procurement schedule
  • Develops and maintains relationships with property management, subcontractors and related vendors
  • Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, budget, procedures for accomplishing project
  • Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership, written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with relevant construction technology
  • Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within Multifamily Construction
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management.
