Bachelor's or associate degree in construction management, Business, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field is preferred
10+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process
Significant experience in the Luxury Living/ High End Residential Sector
Experience in managing high-net-worth client relationships
Construction management experience related to base building, commercial, cultural, life sciences, corporate fit-out and/or developer work
Experience with site construction
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proficient in essential software applications, including MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Nitro), and project management platforms such as Procore or equivalent

Job Responsibility

Take a leading role as a senior member of the team, executing complex luxury single-family residential projects
Adept in working with challenging site conditions, elevated client expectations, and evolving project demands
Experience with construction oversite, design management, contract management and project communications
Responsible for monitoring progress in the field, schedule analysis, and quality control
Opportunity to build trust with and have direct interface with the construction team and client decision-makers
Participate in high level meetings, including strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, initiation, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of the project
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of the project
Advocate on behalf of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications or change orders
Participate in tracking and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial commitments, exposures and obligations
