Senior Construction Engineer

• Management of real estate portfolio (incl. Lease agreement prolongations and other negotiations with interested parties)
• Management and cooperation with external partners (architects, construction companies, construction supervision companies, etc.)
• Preparing construction cost estimates for development and construction projects
• Management of construction projects: New sites, expansions, car washes, repairs, reconstructions etc. (budgeting and controlling project/construction costs, procurements, agreeing and following contracts, applying for building and operational permits)
• Communication within Baltic team, different construction solution analysis, taking initiative, challenge existing and finding best solutions for synergies.

• At least 3 years experience in the real estate field
• Good understanding and experience in management of full cycle of construction (starting from designs and construction permits)
• Good knowledge of legislation connected with real estate and construction (territory planning and zoning, construction laws and standards, procurement, construction contracts, construction process, etc.)
• Very good skills in construction project and time management
• Experience in preparing construction cost estimates
• Experience working with external partners (architects, construction supervision companies, consultants, construction companies, etc.)
• Experience cooperating with State and Municipality institutions in field of real estate management and real estate and construction projects
• Good written and spoken English language
• Knowledge of Russian language might be considered as an advantage
• MsOffice skills (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
• Good argumentation, negotiations, analytical skills
• Efficient planning of projects, workload and resources (e.g. external partners)
• Can work independently, but is a good team player
• B category drivers license.
