A leading national firm is recruiting a Senior Associate into its Legal 500 recommended non-contentious construction team in London. The role involves high-value projects including development, infrastructure, and regeneration, advising on matters like procurement strategy, building contracts (JCT/NEC), and appointments. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in non-contentious construction, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach.

Job Responsibility:

Provide advice on high-value development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects
work on procurement strategy
draft building contracts (JCT/NEC), appointments, and process plant agreements
handle major real estate and corporate acquisitions/disposals
advise on project finance and complex engineering contracts
support digital construction and sustainable building practices
mentor junior team members
contribute to national growth

Requirements:
