Job Description

The Concierge team at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi is dedicated to providing exceptional guest service. Senior Concierge supports Front Office operations and contributes to delivering outstanding hospitality to guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and all departments
  • Comply with and enforce Four Seasons Standards of Conduct
  • Assist and supervise the Concierge team under the Guest Experience Manager / Chief Concierge
  • Create a positive and motivated working environment
  • Assist in other areas of the department as needed
  • Communicate effectively in Japanese and English
  • Ensure policies and benchmark standards are applied correctly
  • Deliver the highest level of hospitality during guest interactions
  • Gather guest feedback and actively resolve issues
  • Process packages, faxes, and messages accurately and timely
  • Maintain updated concierge desk materials and local information
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Encourage upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years experience preferred in luxury hospitality or exceptional talent from line staff
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English (business level)
  • Ability to operate computers, Microsoft Office, and Opera
  • Teamwork, problem-solving skills, and strong commitment to service
