Senior Computer Engineer/ Architect

• Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive information daily
• Working as an IT Systems Engineer with a focus on Cyberspace-IT project management and coordination
• Overseeing in applied research and experimentation projects
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation
• Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts
• Responsible for engineering projects that develop and implement next-generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities to aid DOD cyberspace operations
• Coordinate with parties to ensure the mission effect is achieved and utilize technical expertise throughout to ensure a sound and secure delivery
• Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process
• Performs tasks in accordance with applicable DOD guidance and industry standards
• Performs computer network exploitation development
• Evaluates the quality of software systems and solutions
• Oversees the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility
• Communicate with other program personnel, Government overseers, and senior executives
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans
• Analyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problems
• Provide engineering guidance to technical staff and establish effective working relationships with other Government agencies and mission partners
• Deliver briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers and work on complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team
• Designs and deliver solutions

• Possess an Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence polygraph
• Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience as a System Engineer/Architecture
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline
• Exposure to Cloud/AWS
• Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)
• Active CISSP, CASP+CE, CSSLP certification (minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Certification)
• Able to build systems from the ground up – network architecture/systems engineering
