Requirements

  • A PhD, MSc or similar qualification in computational science / Bioinformatics or relevant equivalent experience
  • Significant, proven experience in Bioinformatics
  • Proficiency with scientific programming (e.g., R or Python)
  • Experience in supervising project execution for the creation of products/algorithms as computational technical lead
  • Proven track record in creating algorithms, pipelines, or custom analytical solutions
  • Hands on experience with analysis and interpretation of large scale clinical, biological/omics or drug data sets, with a preference for NGS/genomic/transcriptomics data.
