We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Assurance Manager to drive compliance excellence across a global healthcare organization. This role will lead the design, execution, and oversight of risk-based healthcare compliance audits, monitoring programs, and analytics. This pivotal role ensures that company operations align with laws, regulations, and internal policies while providing actionable insights to leadership. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a risk-based compliance audit and monitoring program to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Scope and execute operational audits, analyze findings, perform root cause analysis, and develop actionable remediation plans
  • Conduct field and virtual monitoring of healthcare interactions, including speaker programs, advisory boards, and other commercial activities
  • Build and operate compliance analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks. Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership
  • Maintain documentation of audit procedures, monitoring methodologies, and analytics protocols
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for compliance auditing, monitoring, and analytics
  • Stay current on regulatory developments and industry best practices to enhance compliance strategies
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management and compliance committees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years in compliance auditing, policy, or risk roles within healthcare, pharma, or medical devices
  • 2+ years in project or program leadership
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare/fraud and abuse laws (e.g., False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, FD&C Act, transparency laws)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to influence and work cross-functionally
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools, contract management systems, and reporting platforms

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, JD)
