Job Description:

As a Senior Completion Engineer in our Completion Department, you will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare, maintain, and follow up the project completion system
  • Develop and maintain system boundary drawings in line with the project Completion Strategy
  • Follow-up of suppliers and subcontractors on Mechanical Completion, preservation and final delivery
  • Participate in development of multi disciplinary test procedures
  • Take part in multi-discipline punch inspections in close collaboration with the customer
  • Prepare for and take responsibility of final handover to Customer
  • Attend and verify Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at suppliers’ locations when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience within commissioning, preferably from the energy or oil & gas industry from the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS)
  • A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) and/or a certificate of apprenticeship
  • a vocational certificate is considered an advantage
  • Relevant technical competence within one or more of the following areas: SAS, instrumentation, electrical (HV/LV), telecom, process, piping or mechanical
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written
  • A genuine curiosity for digital tools and innovative solutions

  • Collaborate on design reviews, ensuring proper integration of requirements and compliance with certification rules
  • Work with partners and suppliers during the detailed design phases of projects

  • coordinate technical meetings, analyze and define solutions, and ensure their successful implementation
  • Estimate project effort levels, submit status reports, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
