The Senior Compensation Manager is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Medica's compensation programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance. The role partners closely with HR leadership and business leaders to develop strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Job Responsibility:
Team Leadership & Development (30%): Provide daily oversight, coaching, and development to a team of three Senior Compensation Consultants
Promote a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
Set expectations, assign work, and monitor progress toward team goals
Compensation Program Management (30%): Lead the design, administration, and optimization of base pay programs, annual incentives, and sales compensation structures
Ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives
Maintain strong subject matter expertise in general, sales, and executive compensation programs
