Our client, a leading healthcare system located in west Houston, is seeking a Sr Workforce Analytics Analyst to operate as a strategic consultant to the business across compensation and workforce planning initiatives. This individual will diagnose recruiting and retention challenges, interpret compensation trends, and synthesize multiple data sources to develop actionable recommendations for leadership. They will also perform advanced cost modeling and present findings to key stakeholders. The work environment is highly collaborative and business-facing within a corporate healthcare setting. This is an onsite role working 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and is a contract running from July 20 through October 17, 2026.
Job Responsibility
Diagnose recruiting and retention challenges across the organization
Analyze and interpret compensation and workforce trends
Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources (market data, turnover, TA feedback)
Develop and present strategic recommendations to leadership
Perform advanced cost modeling and financial impact analysis
Act as a consultative partner to business leaders and HR teams
Identify root causes of workforce-related issues
Translate complex analytics into actionable business insights
Support workforce planning and compensation strategy initiatives
Requirements
Senior-level experience in compensation and workforce analytics
Healthcare compensation experience required
Strong consultative and strategic problem-solving abilities
Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience working with multiple data sources and building insights
Ability to independently manage projects and deliver recommendations
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
Experience with advanced costing and modeling techniques
