Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to develop and implement compensation strategies, establish compensation programs and solutions, and oversee compensation analytics to support a large, complex business within a division.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, drive, and implement compensation strategies
Establish compensation programs and solutions
Oversee compensation analytics to support a large, complex business within a division
Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet project deliverables
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Requirements:

4+ years of Compensation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in Compensation, preferably in a Banking Industry
Strategic thinking and good business judgment
Knowledge and understanding of compensation strategies for highly complex business groups
Highly effective consultative mindset with credibility through demonstrating strong business and data driven acumen
Passion for customer service and operational excellence
Demonstrated skills in influencing and navigating across a complex, highly matrixed global organization with a collaborative mindset
Experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Strong communication skills including ability to simplify complex concepts
Proactive control and risk management, addressing gaps in processes and escalating issues to benefit the business and clients in a dynamic environment
