In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, administering, and evaluating compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise will help guide decision-making, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, sales incentives, and equity plans, to maintain market competitiveness
Analyze labor market data and trends to recommend enhancements to compensation plans and strategies
Provide consultation to stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition and business leaders, to address inquiries, align programs with organizational goals, and develop solutions
Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and appropriate pay grade assignments based on organizational structures
Lead the annual compensation cycle, managing merit increases, bonus programs, and long-term incentives through effective project planning and collaboration
Create communication materials and tools to enhance understanding and engagement with compensation programs across the organization
Develop and refine internal workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing compensation programs, partnering with legal teams to adapt to legislative changes
Support audits by providing timely documentation and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Manage and contribute to compensation-related projects, offering expertise, preparing analyses, and presenting findings to leadership
Requirements:
5+ years of compensation analysis, including sales compensation analysis
Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or similar is preferred but not required
intermediate MS Excel skills
Proven experience in compensation analysis and program design, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans
Strong knowledge of compensation surveys, benchmarking, and total rewards strategies
Proficiency in tools such as Workday and Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis
Ability to conduct job evaluations and develop pay grade recommendations
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings effectively
Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing compensation and benefits programs
Experience leading complex projects, including annual compensation cycles and system testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address compensation-related challenges
