Job Responsibility
Supporting and enhancing the firm's compensation programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with business objectives
Partnering closely with HR and leadership to execute core compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, job leveling, and annual compensation cycles
Analyzing market data and helping to build and refine scalable compensation structures and programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
3+ years of experience in compensation or a related analytical HR function
Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
Proven experience supporting annual compensation processes, including merit and bonus programs
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job leveling, and market benchmarking practices
Familiarity with federal, state, and local compensation-related regulations, including pay transparency
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Experience working with HR systems and compensation data management (Workday exposure a plus)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations to stakeholders
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information
