Job Description

Posh is hiring a Community Brand Partnerships Manager to build and scale a brand sponsorship engine that directly benefits our organizers. Our organizers are already creating cultural moments: nightlife, wellness, social clubs, creator-led communities, and large-scale live experiences. Brands want access to these audiences, but the sponsorship process is still messy, slow, and relationship-driven. This role exists to change that. You’ll leverage a strong network of brand and agency relationships to bring sponsorship dollars into the Posh ecosystem; pairing brands with high-performing organizers and communities to create sponsorships that feel authentic, high-impact, and repeatable. This is a revenue-driving, relationship-first sales role with clear ownership over: Sponsorship Pipeline, Deal Execution, Organizer sponsorship outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and manage a pipeline of brand sponsorship opportunities across key categories (beverage, CPG, lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, tech, etc.)
  • Leverage your Rolodex of brand and agency contacts to source and close deals
  • Pitch Posh organizers and communities as sponsorship-ready partners to brands
  • Create sponsorship packages and partnership proposals that align: brand objectives, organizer audiences, event formats + cultural relevance
  • Own the end-to-end sponsorship sales process from prospecting to pitching to negotiation, contracting, launching, and renewal
  • Work with the Community and Success teams to identify top organizers in our community
  • Support organizers with sponsorship readiness such as positioning, audience data packaging, brand-safe execution, and post-event reporting

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, agency partnerships, and/or creator partnerships
  • A strong network of contacts at brands and/or agencies
  • Strong sales process fluency in pipeline management, deal stages, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
  • Ability to translate event/community audiences into a compelling sponsorship pitch
  • Strong organizational skills: you can manage multiple deals at once without dropping details
  • High taste and cultural intuition (you understand what partnerships feel authentic vs. forced)

Nice to have

  • Experience selling sponsorship into nightlife, festivals, creator communities, or live events
  • Experience working with CPG/alcohol brands
  • Familiarity with event sponsorship deliverables + reporting
  • Experience building partnerships from scratch at a startup

What we offer

  • Health,Dental and Vision Insurance
  • Equinox Membership
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Team Events, Dinners, & Offsites, Free Event Tickets to Dope Shows
  • New MacBook
  • Daily Uber Eats Credit
  • Relocation bonuses are available for some out-of-state candidates
  • Offers Equity
