Job Responsibility

  • Manage the Council's operational property portfolio efficiently
  • Conduct negotiations on Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Arrange and manage repair and maintenance works
  • Provide accurate data and information for reports
  • Support budget planning and monitoring for Asset Management
  • Oversee procedural processes for Asset Transfers
  • Act as the primary contact for asset transfer applicants
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
