Job Responsibility
Manage the Council's operational property portfolio efficiently
Conduct negotiations on Landlord and Tenant matters
Arrange and manage repair and maintenance works
Provide accurate data and information for reports
Support budget planning and monitoring for Asset Management
Oversee procedural processes for Asset Transfers
Act as the primary contact for asset transfer applicants
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
Strong interest in property within a community
Property knowledge
Good level of practical experience
Comfortable working under own initiative
Taking responsibility for cases and processes
Good communication skills
