Job Responsibility:

  • Reinforcing strategic alignment and stakeholder trust by enabling leadership communication
  • Strengthening employee belonging and promote ASML's technology and People stories on social media
  • Planning and execution of internal communications strategy and annual plan
  • Content creation including editing internal news, announcements, copy, and social media posts, and leading video projects
  • Channel management of internal communication channels
  • Change management communication support
  • Support local/global projects and events

Requirements:

  • 11–15 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, journalism, equivalent experience at a PR agency
  • Demonstrated proficiency of English writing and speaking in a business environment
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Journalism, Communications, Business or other relevant fields
