Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced senior proposal manager to provide end-to-end support for assigned Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for treasury products and services. This position serves as an experienced, independent project manager, writer, editor, and consultant who partners closely with sales and relationship teams.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate and consult with deal teams, leaders, and subject matter experts in developing and executing multiple RFP project plans
Understand strategic drivers for clients & prospects and create compelling messages
Lead requirements gathering sessions to determine how to best position Wells Fargo
Ensure all information is consistent with brand message, business objectives, and stylistic standards
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches
Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives

Requirements:

4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of proposal experience
4+ years treasury product knowledge experience
Strong independent project management, collaboration, and partnership
Strong presentation, communication, and execution skills
Extremely high level of organization, attention to detail and exceptional time management
Proven ability to define, develop, lead, and execute upon strategic initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency
Experience developing strategies, managing conflicting priorities, and influencing stakeholders with ability to innovate
Ability to ask questions to gain a deeper understanding and drive strategic change
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
Proven ability to create proposals to address client-specific needs and desired outcomes
Ability to recommend solutions and provide evidence to meet client expectations while integrating customer insight and storytelling
