Job Description

The jobholder will be reporting to the HO R2A & Order to Cash at Airbus Portugal and you'll be covering for a Maternity Leave.

Job Responsibility

  • Finance communication strategy and plan as per the Finance roadmap (key milestones)
  • Finance Communication Network: Maintain the relationship with Finance domain partners to feed comms channels throughout the year
  • Finance Community Hub page: Make use of this channel to update the community on key messages, events
  • Boost its use & Guide the audience on how to use it further
  • Open exchanges: with the Finance board members and Finance community (facilitator role)
  • Communication dynamics: develop creative ways to communicate to the Finance community worldwide, from all Airbus divisions (videos, podcasts, live and interactive events)
  • Entry point for Finance communication topics: requests from key projects and initiatives for Finance
  • Provide expertise for Change Management activities: support on communication and projects

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Communication or related fields
  • Professional experience, more than 3 years is a plus
