As a Senior Commissioning Engineer, Mechanical at Crusoe.ai, you will be the driving force behind ensuring the mechanical systems of our data center construction projects are commissioned flawlessly. You will lead the development and execution of commissioning activities for mechanical systems, ensuring all critical infrastructure performs optimally and meets our stringent reliability standards. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement detailed commissioning plans for data center construction projects, with a primary focus on mechanical systems, including coordination with electrical and control systems
  • Support and coordinate relationships with third party commissioning agents
  • Oversee and execute the commissioning process for mechanical systems, from pre-functional testing through integrated systems testing and final acceptance
  • Coordinate with design engineers, construction teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and commissioning of all systems
  • Conduct thorough reviews of mechanical design documents, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with commissioning requirements
  • Support commissioning schedules and resource plans, ensuring commissioning milestones are met
  • Perform detailed functional testing and performance verification of critical mechanical systems, documenting results and addressing any deficiencies
  • Identify, track, and resolve commissioning-related issues, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
