Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end global sales commission operations, including calculation, validation, reconciliation, accruals, and payout execution
Lead monthly commission close activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to financial close timelines
Partner with Sales leadership, RevOps, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure consistent compensation governance and accurate plan administration
Deliver commission reporting and analytics, including quota attainment, stack ranking, and performance insights for executive decision-making
Serve as Xactly Incent system administrator, supporting configuration, maintenance, testing, and enhancements
Ensure strong SOX compliance, audit readiness, and internal control discipline across all commission processes
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and field experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales compensation, FP&A, or commission operations (SaaS experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent or similar commission systems strongly preferred
Strong understanding of sales compensation structures and incentive design principles
Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and complex calculations
Experience supporting month-end close processes, accruals, and financial reconciliations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, HR, and executive teams
High attention to detail with a strong process improvement and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
