Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Coordinator to support the Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area in servicing, underwriting, and asset management

Job Responsibility:

Support Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area in servicing, underwriting, and asset management
Work with experienced roles to understand client needs and coordinate efforts to service clients
Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Review credit reports from borrowers and ensure collected data meets regulatory requirements
Receive direction from supervisor to understand client needs and provide services
Interact with immediate team and functional area on daily operational activities
Interact with external customers to understand their needs

Requirements:

4+ years of Commercial Real Estate Underwriting experience
Experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
