Job Description:

We have been retained by a well-established, mid-sized law firm in Midtown Manhattan (four days in-office per week) seeking to hire a senior commercial real estate attorney (an existing client base is welcome but not required). Candidates should possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a track record of successfully managing complex, high-stakes deals. The ideal candidate will be a leader interested in contributing to the firm’s long-term success. The expected base salary ranges from $225,000 to $350,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus which can be about $20,000 to $60,000. The hours will likely be about 1,800 annually. Over the years, we have successfully placed many attorneys at this firm.
