Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Surveyor or a Commercial Property Surveyor, depending on skills and experience. The role is for a fixed term period of 12 months. You’ll play a key role in estate and asset management, reporting to the Head of Commercial Property.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing landlord and tenant matters—lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, and licences
  • Overseeing a diverse property portfolio and ensuring timely reporting and compliance
  • Supporting capital schemes and development projects
  • Driving income generation and cost savings
  • Mentoring graduate and trainee surveyors on their path to RICS qualification

Requirements:

  • Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS)
  • At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Expertise in asset management and landlord/tenant work
  • Experience in Red Book valuations and property investment analysis and the acquisition and disposal process
  • A commercial mindset and strong business approach
  • Leadership skills to mentor others
  • IT proficiency and adaptability
  • A valid driving licence for site visits
