Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Surveyor or a Commercial Property Surveyor, depending on skills and experience. The role is for a fixed term period of 12 months. You’ll play a key role in estate and asset management, reporting to the Head of Commercial Property.

Job Responsibility:

Managing landlord and tenant matters—lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, and licences
Overseeing a diverse property portfolio and ensuring timely reporting and compliance
Supporting capital schemes and development projects
Driving income generation and cost savings
Mentoring graduate and trainee surveyors on their path to RICS qualification

Requirements:

Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS)
At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
Expertise in asset management and landlord/tenant work
Experience in Red Book valuations and property investment analysis and the acquisition and disposal process
A commercial mindset and strong business approach
Leadership skills to mentor others
IT proficiency and adaptability
A valid driving licence for site visits
