Job Description:

We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join this Top 200 law firm with a fantastic regional presence. If you’re ambitious, self-driven, and able to manage your own caseload, this could be the perfect role for you. Our client is looking for a solicitor who is client-focused and eager to work with an impressive portfolio of clients. You should have strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.

Job Responsibility:

Advise and support clients on all Commercial Property matters including Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending, Corporate Support
Handle a broad spectrum of general transactional real estate matters
Work alongside some of the industry's top professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients, including institutions, investors, developers, land owners, and businesses

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years PQE
Good exposure to transactional real estate matters
Strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries
Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
