Job Description:

A boutique law firm specialising in property law is seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team in West London. This role is ideal for a confident and independent professional looking to work on a broad range of high-value, complex transactions within a respected legal environment.

Job Responsibility:

Advise on all aspects of commercial property transactions
Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and related legal documents
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for acquisitions and disposals
Manage landlord and tenant matters, including licences to assign, underlet, and alter
Handle new commercial lease agreements (acting for both landlords and tenants)
Act for borrowers and lenders in purchase, refinance, and loan transactions
Provide guidance on Section 106 agreements
Advise on VAT-elected property issues
Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate
At least 7 years PQE in commercial property law
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven track record in managing complex cases independently
Ability to handle all aspects of legal work like file opening, billing, and Land Registry applications
