Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join a Top 200 law firm with a fantastic regional presence. The role involves advising clients on commercial property matters, managing cases, and business development.

Job Responsibility:

Advise and support clients on all Commercial Property matters including Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions and Sales, Secured Lending, Corporate Support
be involved in business development
handle a broad spectrum of general transactional real estate matters.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years PQE
good exposure to transactional real estate matters
strong technical ability and legal skills to deal with complex queries
excellent organisation and time management skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
