Job Description:

Senior role in a respected team known for its sharp property expertise and genuinely supportive culture. This specialist firm’s commercial property team continues to grow, attracting a steady stream of quality, often complex work — from major developments and leasing portfolios to large sales, acquisitions, and structuring projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Part of a tight-knit property team handling a variety of interesting and substantial mandates for long-standing private and institutional clients
  • Strategic input and leadership are a core part of the position
  • Strong scope to develop or grow your own client base with full firm support

Requirements:

  • Around 10 or more years in commercial property law with recognised firm experience
  • Solid technical grounding across the full property spectrum — acquisitions, disposals, developments, leasing, and due diligence
  • Commercial acumen and a genuine client service ethos
  • Confidence leading files, guiding junior lawyers, and contributing strategically to the team’s direction
  • A practical, solutions-driven approach and the ability to balance detail with strategy
What we offer:
  • Work with smart, grounded people who take pride in what they do
  • The work is interesting, varied, and high quality — but without a rigid hierarchy or unnecessary formality
  • The firm offers great systems, modern offices, and sensible flexibility to support life outside work
  • A real opportunity to make an impact and lead within a trusted, well-managed practice
