We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join a leading organisation within the defence sector. This is a key commercial role supporting major programmes and new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial strategy, manage risk and maximise value. The successful candidate will have strong experience managing complex defence contracts, alongside proven commercial negotiation and programme financial management expertise. You will play a pivotal role in contract governance, customer relationships, commercial performance and strategic bid support.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have:
Defence and/or aerospace industry experience is highly desirable
