Job Description:

Our global construction client is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team based in Dublin.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct commercial life-cycle management from initial tender through to final account
  • Oversee commercial teams to ensure accurate reporting, valuations, and risk mitigation
  • Negotiate and finalise all contractual documentation prior to project commencement
  • Manage subcontractor procurement and supply chain compliance across all projects
  • Protect profit margins by implementing rigorous commercial controls and risk policies
  • Mentor Quantity Surveying staff while leading dispute resolution and legal coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering major projects, managing risk, and resolving complex disputes
  • Strategic leader experienced in developing high-performing commercial teams.
