We are recruiting for a commercially focused leader to join a growing consumer products business with an established presence across grocery and retail channels. This is a key role within the commercial team, responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving sustainable growth, and delivering strong commercial performance across a portfolio of retail accounts. The successful candidate will combine strong account management expertise with a hands-on approach to commercial planning, financial management, and customer development.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop relationships with a portfolio of grocery and retail customers

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a commercial, account management, or business development role within grocery, retail, FMCG, or a related sector
  • Strong understanding of the grocery retail landscape and customer management
  • Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability
  • Highly analytical with strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
  • Proven ability to deliver sales growth and develop long-term customer partnerships
