Job Description

At Omio, we’re building a next-generation B2B travel solution designed for business travellers, travel managers, and partners — combining ground transport, flights, and an expanding global hotel offering. We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to build and scale our global hotel supply ecosystem. This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role at the intersection of commercial strategy, partnerships, and product development — ideal for someone with deep hotel distribution expertise and a builder mindset.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the global hotel supply strategy for our B2B business (EMEA focus, APAC/US secondary)
  • Source, negotiate, and close direct multi-market agreements with hotel chains and groups
  • Build partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, channel managers, and B2B travel platforms
  • Structure scalable commercial models (API, wholesale, affiliate, hybrid) balancing margin, scale, and flexibility
  • Optimise commercial terms and hotel margins within contractual frameworks
  • Ensure inventory coverage matches customer demand and growth priorities
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and renegotiate where necessary
  • Unlock new and non-obvious supply opportunities through your industry network
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering on integrations and hotel-related features
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to launch and scale agreements
  • Act as a senior internal and external point of contact for hotel partners
  • Represent Omio in senior-level commercial discussions and at industry events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, supply, or partnerships roles within travel or travel tech
  • Strong background in hotel distribution and B2B travel ecosystems
  • Proven track record negotiating complex, multi-market commercial agreements
  • Established network across hotel chains, distributors, and hotel-tech ecosystem players
  • Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, structure deals, and close strategic partnerships
  • Strong commercial and analytical instincts with a high degree of ownership
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new structures from the ground up
  • Clear, persuasive communicator able to engage senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English

What we offer

  • Annual travel benefits
  • Education bonus, including two days off annually for professional development
  • An extra day off on your birthday
  • Fitness memberships with Urban Sports Club
  • Employee Assistance Program offering mental health support and resources
  • A dog-friendly office
