Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to lead various servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and serve as liaison between various departments to progress customer-focused needs.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a variety of servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products
Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance
Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues
Serve as primary liaison with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations teams
Review and negotiate moderately complex loan servicing transactions
Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics
Identify activities of the team to ensure conformity with established procedures
May lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
University Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
Strong knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word
Good English Oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and document interpretation skills
Knowledge in Commercial Mortgage Servicing
Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
Ability to work independently and generate MIS reports for the process
Good understanding of risk and compliance

Nice to have:

Flexible with the shift timings (6:30pm - 3:30am)
Ability to conduct process trainings as when required
Motivates himself and the team in achieving team goals
