Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to lead various servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products, coordinate customer resolution, ensure compliance with bank policies, and serve as liaison between various departments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products
Evaluate and upload data into systems of record to ensure compliance
Coordinate resolution of open customer service issues
Serve as primary liaison with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and Operations teams
Review and negotiate moderately complex loan servicing transactions
Serve as escalation point for client issues
Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics
Identify activities to ensure conformity with established procedures
May lead projects, teams, or serve as mentor for lower-level staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience
Experience in Commercial Loan Servicing
Minimum 4 years of overall experience with minimum 3+ years of SME level/Training Expertise
Knowledge of all loan life cycle events in LUCAS
Awareness of LUCAS environments (Production and Lower Environment) and their functionalities
Ability to perform and deliver complex tasks in all product areas in LUCAS
Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements
Familiarity with LUCAS platforms and instructional design principles
Should have trained at least the batch of 20 team members and delivered positive results post training
