Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in Commercial Lending Operations as part of the Transaction & Processing division. This role involves leading servicing activities for commercial products, ensuring customer resolution, and coordinating with various internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a variety of servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products
Coordinate all aspects to ensure customer resolution
Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate all aspects of resolving open customer service issues
Serve as primary liaison with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and various Operations teams
Review and negotiate moderately complex loan servicing transactions
Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics
Identify activities of the team to ensure conformity with established procedures
May lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor for lower-level staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Familiar with Loan IQ system of record
Syndicated credit agreement documentation experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Sound attention to detail and accuracy skills
Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customers issues/needs, and recommending solutions
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively while exercising sound judgement
Effective organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
