Job Description:

Senior role at Wells Fargo focusing on commercial loan servicing activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while resolving customer service issues and collaborating with various internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Lead servicing activities for moderately complex commercial products
Evaluate and upload data into systems of record
Coordinate resolution of open customer service issues
Serve as primary liaison with Sales, Legal, Control and Risk, Technology, and Operations teams
Review and negotiate moderately complex loan servicing transactions
Serve as escalation point for client issues
Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics
Identify activities to ensure conformity with established procedures
May lead projects, teams, or serve as mentor for lower-level staff

Requirements:

4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
University Masters/bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
Strong knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word
Good English oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and document interpretation skills
Knowledge in Commercial Mortgage Servicing
Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
Ability to work independently and generate MIS reports for the process
Good understanding of risk and compliance

Nice to have:

Flexible with shift timings (6:30pm - 3:30am)
Ability to conduct process trainings as when required
Motivates himself and the team in achieving team goals
