A well-established boutique litigation firm in downtown Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigator to join its growing team. The firm handles complex, high-stakes commercial disputes and offers a collaborative, professional environment. This role is ideal for an experienced litigation attorney with 5–10+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, including some exposure to creditors’ remedies or bankruptcy-related litigation. The firm has a steady workload, and no book of business is required.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and litigate complex commercial matters from start to finish
  • Handle pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Work directly with clients on case strategy and practical solutions
  • Collaborate with partners on high-value disputes

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
  • Some exposure to creditors’ remedies, collections, or bankruptcy litigation highly preferred
  • Experience in state and federal courts
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Licensed in Minnesota or eligible for admission
