Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced litigator to join a well established regional firm with a busy, varied commercial disputes practice. If you like working on weighty, sometimes messy matters—shareholder fall-outs, partnership rows, insolvencies, the odd cross-border scrap—this might suit you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Run your own caseload from first call through to trial or settlement
  • Keep clients in the loop, steer strategy, and fight their corner in court or mediation
  • Team up with colleagues in other practice areas when a dispute touches their patch
  • Help bring in work and look after the relationships we already have
  • Guide juniors—review drafts, talk tactics, show them the ropes

Requirements:

  • Solid background in commercial litigation
  • Comfortable on your feet and in negotiations
  • cool head under pressure
  • Decent grasp of cross-border issues and enforcement, or a willingness to learn fast
  • Clear writing, sharp analysis, good time-keeping, no dramas
