Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced litigator to join a well established regional firm with a busy, varied commercial disputes practice. If you like working on weighty, sometimes messy matters—shareholder fall-outs, partnership rows, insolvencies, the odd cross-border scrap—this might suit you.

Job Responsibility

Run your own caseload from first call through to trial or settlement
Keep clients in the loop, steer strategy, and fight their corner in court or mediation
Team up with colleagues in other practice areas when a dispute touches their patch
Help bring in work and look after the relationships we already have
Guide juniors—review drafts, talk tactics, show them the ropes

Requirements

Solid background in commercial litigation
Comfortable on your feet and in negotiations
cool head under pressure
Decent grasp of cross-border issues and enforcement, or a willingness to learn fast
Clear writing, sharp analysis, good time-keeping, no dramas
