A dynamic law firm with a global reputation for excellence in international tax, estate planning, wealth preservation, real estate, and commercial law is expanding its Commercial Litigation Practice. They are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney (7–10 years’ experience) to join their high-caliber team in New York.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all phases of commercial litigation—from pleadings and discovery to depositions, court appearances, and trial prep
Represent business owners and individuals in complex commercial disputes
Draft and argue motions, manage expert discovery, and prepare witnesses
Develop case strategies in collaboration with the litigation team
Negotiate settlements and conduct settlement conferences
Maintain consistent client communication and ensure excellent service
Requirements:
Licensed to practice in New York
J.D. from an accredited law school
7–10 years of experience in commercial litigation at a major law firm
Strong written/oral advocacy skills and experience in court appearances
Proven ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team
Experience preparing witnesses and conducting depositions
Experience working with corporate clients in high-stakes litigation
Demonstrated success in developing case strategies and managing discovery
