Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in a commercial setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
capable of navigating and operating a service vehicle safely
Physically fit to lift heavy materials and tools, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions

Job Responsibility

Perform routine maintenance and repair on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, providing effective solutions for a broad range of HVAC systems
Collaborate with team members and clients to communicate service updates and recommendations clearly
