As a Senior Commercial GTM Manager (d/f/m) at mobile.de, you’ll lead our most strategic launches and initiatives — shaping how we bring products to market and deliver value to customers.   • Lead End-to-End GTM Execution: Own go-to-market plans for high-impact product releases and value initiatives
  • Act as Strategic Sparring Partner: Raise critical questions, challenge assumptions, and close process gaps
  • Ensure Strategic Fit and Iteration: Keep the bigger picture in focus — align GTM efforts with company goals, support MVP delivery, and use data and feedback to continuously optimize impact
  • Unite Cross-Functional Teams: Connect Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build trust across key stakeholders (Product, Tech, Design, Sales, and Commercial)
  • Mentor and Contribute to Culture: Support junior colleagues in delivery functions

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years’ end-to-end ownership of go-to-market strategy and execution for digital marketplaces, B2B SaaS, or classifieds
  • Proven ability to align MarCom, Sales and Product
  • Comfortable defining market entry strategies and diving into details
  • Deep operational competence: process design, launch readiness, tools, scaling
  • Use metrics and experimentation to optimize product-market fit, messaging, and pricing
  • Confident raising tough questions and challenging assumptions
  • Skilled at simplifying complexity, aligning teams, and keeping stakeholders engaged
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • proficient in Slack, Coda, Google Workspace, and AI-powered tools
  • Fluent English obligatory
