  • Lead End-to-End GTM Execution: Own go-to-market plans for high-impact product releases and value initiatives. Build deep commercial & product understanding and drive timely, aligned delivery across all functions, ensuring that our releases generate desired customer impact
  • Act as Strategic Sparring Partner: Raise critical questions, challenge assumptions, and close process gaps. Take initiative, address blockers early, and guide teams toward effective, aligned decisions
  • Ensure Strategic Fit and Iteration: Keep the bigger picture in focus — align GTM efforts with company goals, support MVP delivery, and use data and feedback to continuously optimize impact
  • Unite Cross-Functional Teams: Connect Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service to ensure seamless client experiences. Promote agile ways of working, rapid feedback, and strong team collaboration
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build trust across key stakeholders (Product, Tech, Design, Sales, and Commercial). Clarify roles, map responsibilities, and ensure transparency throughout execution
  • Mentor and Contribute to Culture: Support junior colleagues in delivery functions. Share knowledge, encourage learning, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and growth across mobile.de

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to align MarCom, Sales and Product creating clarity and driving collaborative, high-impact delivery
  • Hands-On & ‘making complex things work’: Comfortable defining market entry strategies and diving into details—taking initiative, closing gaps, and ensuring all stakeholders are involved and accountable
  • Deep operational competence: process design, launch readiness, tools, scaling, ensuring readiness across support/ops/systems
  • Data-Driven & Experimental: Use metrics and experimentation to optimize product-market fit, messaging, and pricing. Ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs
  • experimentation, A/B testing
  • making trade‑offs based on data
  • Challenger & Influencer: Confident raising tough questions and challenging assumptions to drive better decisions at all levels

  • Agile & Tech-Savvy: Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • proficient in Slack, Coda, Google Workspace, and AI-powered tools
  • Language skills: Fluent English obligatory
  • German is a strong plus (for market nuance, liaising with dealers, local customers, regulatory or partner engagement)
  • Travel: We’re looking for someone open to occasional travel, about 10–15%, to help strengthen key relationships and support our mission

Nice to have:

Optional & a Big plus: Experience / Deep understanding of the German automotive & dealer ecosystem (car dealership workflows, relevant tools, and digitization challenges)

What we offer:
  • Recharge with 28 days of paid time off
  • Stay mobile with a €50 monthly transportation/mobility allowance
  • Keep growing with a development budget and access to coaching
  • Family first - enjoy up to 12 (non-birth parent) or 20 (birth parent) weeks of fully paid parental leave
