You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical data execution. You’ll be responsible for translating complex unit economics into growth levers, leveraging modern tooling and AI to automate the mundane and focus on the 'why.'
Job Responsibility:

Maintain and scale complex, driver-based financial models
Integrate AI and automation to accelerate reporting cycles and predictive forecasting
Deconstruct LTV/CAC ratios, payback periods, and cohort retention profiles
Work closely with the Data team to ensure robust 'Source of Truth'
Build 'stress-test' models to evaluate impact of supply chain shifts, pricing elasticity, and new market entry
Act as financial co-pilot for Marketing and Operations teams
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in a high-intensity analytical environment
Strong FP&A and commercial finance foundation with experience supporting business performance through financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis
Experience within D2C, B2C, consumer, subscription, or high-growth commercial environments is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of commercial and customer metrics including CAC, LTV, retention and cohort analysis, revenue performance and unit economics
The 'Full-Stack' Analyst: commercial intuition and technical rigor
Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets
Proficiency (or a strong desire to learn) SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
AI Native: proactive in using AI tools to enhance productivity
Precision & Speed: 'IB-style' attention to detail and startup speed
Strong Communication: ability to turn data into a 3-bullet-point executive summary
Nice to have:
Backgrounds in Investment Banking, high-growth companies or similar
What we offer:
Annual development budget plus 3 days of professional development leave
Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in office
Private health insurance through Vitality or monthly wellness allowance
25 days of holiday
Enhanced parental leave
Work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year
Vibrant office culture with socials, clubs, after-school sport, seasonal events
