Job Description:

Senior Commercial Credit Analyst specializing in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) to evaluate and make decisions on lending opportunities, balancing risk with growth objectives, and ensuring adherence to the bank's lending standards.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough underwriting and credit analysis for commercial real estate loan applications
Make credit decisions within assigned authority levels
Collaborate with relationship managers and treasury management partners
Monitor the existing loan portfolio, identifying risks and taking necessary actions
Perform detailed financial analysis, gaining a deep understanding of credit risks
Ensure all lending activities align with bank policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the bank's growth goals by supporting high-quality lending decisions
Provide consistent and accurate credit monitoring
Achieve production expectations while maintaining high work quality
Support the overall financial success of the bank by meeting targets

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial credit analysis focused on Commercial Real Estate
Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial statements to assess creditworthiness
Knowledge of loan structuring, borrowing causes, and lending regulations
Experience managing credit risks across various industries
Proficiency in commercial real estate credit analysis, application review, and risk management
Demonstrated ability to maintain high asset quality through sound underwriting and credit monitoring
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
