Oversee and manage a high volume of commercial contracts, including: Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Vendor and servicing agreements, Grant, donation, and HCP agreements
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for vendor-provided services (customer-side agreements)
Independently manage incoming contract requests through a centralized intake system, including triaging and redirecting as appropriate
Meet established turnaround timelines (typically 5 days or less) for contract review and negotiation
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly Procurement, to resolve contract terms and align on business objectives
Provide strategic legal guidance on contract provisions, including risk allocation and compliance considerations
Requirements:
Significant experience handling high-volume commercial contracting in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills, particularly with respect to liability, indemnification, and risk allocation provisions
Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Comfortable operating without established playbooks
able to rely on strong knowledge of market standards and best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
