At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. We’re expanding Webflow’s legal team and are hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel, GTM to serve as a strategic legal partner to our Sales organization and broader cross-functional teams. In this highly visible, high-impact role, you’ll lead complex commercial negotiations and directly enable revenue growth by scaling and streamlining Webflow’s commercial legal processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary commercial legal partner to Webflow’s rapidly-scaling go-to-market organization
  • Own end-to-end legal support for enterprise and mid-market deals
  • Enable deal teams through strategy, training, enablement materials, and playbooks
  • Independently lead and close complex enterprise negotiations
  • Draft, negotiate, and refine a broad range of commercial agreements
  • Translate complex legal and contractual concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Partner with product, privacy, and cross-functional teams
  • Hone AI-enabled legal tools and processes to speed up commercial workflows

Requirements

  • Admitted and in good standing in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction
  • Background includes law firm training and meaningful in-house experience supporting revenue-generating teams
  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience with deep exposure to fast-scaling cloud businesses
  • Extensive experience drafting and negotiating high-touch commercial agreements in complex, multi-jurisdictional B2B SaaS/PaaS environments
