An opportunity to join a dynamic legal team at Atlassian, supporting Supplier and GTM initiatives. Responsibilities include negotiating technology licensing agreements, advising on legal issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support company growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Experience negotiating complex commercial transaction agreements from the buy-side
  • background in negotiating technology licensing and SaaS agreements for both internal and external use cases
  • ability to support multiple internal stakeholders across various departments
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage escalations and identify pragmatic solutions based on legal and business judgment
  • 7+ years of experience drafting and negotiating terms for information technology, intellectual property, data privacy, and compliance matters
  • J.D. with a license to practice law in a US jurisdiction (CIPP certification is a plus)
